Every plan includes the same analysis toolset — 5 Whys, FTA and the other frameworks, corrective action tracking, and 8D / corrective action report export. What changes between plans is volume, retention, and the AI insights dashboard on Pro.
Free Plan: ¥0/month
The Free plan runs the full product at a small volume: 30 incident reports, 10 AI analyses, and 30 AI chat messages per month, two QR reporting points, and three months of data retention. It is meant for trying WhyTrace Plus on real incidents before committing, or for a single small site with a light incident load.
Where Free falls short: the three-month retention. If you need a year of history for trend analysis or audits, you need Starter or above.
Starter Plan: ¥1,980/month
Starter is for a team that has decided to run its reporting and investigations in WhyTrace Plus. It raises the limits to 100 incident reports, 30 AI analyses, and 300 AI chat messages per month, five QR points, unlimited CSV export, and 12 months of retention. New accounts get Starter free for 30 days after sign-up.
Pro Plan: ¥2,980/month
Pro removes the monthly limits on reports, AI analysis, and AI chat, raises QR points to 15, keeps data without a retention limit, and adds the AI insights dashboard. It fits multi-department use or sites with a high volume of near-miss reports.
